Bhutan is truly a Shangri-La for bikers and they are rewarded here with incredible natural beauty, ancient Buddhist culture, magnificent mountains, lush green countryside, pure air, and striking architecture. This motorcycle tour program also shows an intimate insight into Bhutan’s Buddhist culture, traditions and way of life. The mountainous roads are well maintained reaching a height up to 4,000m, offering the most romantic sights of the Himalayan ranges and the rides are also through various types of vegetation ranging from sub-tropical to alpine, in the valleys passing through many village of terraced rice fields and fairly-tale rivers. In fact, this ride has it all, winding mountain roads, off-road trails, and scenic stretches through some of the most pristine forests, and is bound to satisfy every rider.


ITINERARY

Day 01| Arrival in Paro
Early morning flight to Paro, Bhutan (Please check the flight timing). The flight from Bangkok, Delhi/Kathmandu is considered as one of the most scenic flight offering the view of the world’s top ten highest peaks. Upon your arrival at Paro airport, our guide will be there to welcome you and transfer to your hotel. Later after lunch briefing about tour programs and bike handlings & visit some of the cultural sights and get used to the left hand drove roads of Bhutan. Evening collect your bikes and take a few rounds around Paro valley.Overnight: Paro| Altitude: 2200m
Day 02| Paro to Thimphu (2320m, 65km, 1.5hrs) Chele La (pass at 3988m)
We greet the day with a trek up to Tigers’ Nest Monastery which is a 4hr round trek or you could choose to ride up Chele La pass during this time, before riding through splendid scenery until Thimphu, where we will head out to the best viewpoint in Thimphu Valley, Kuensel Phodrang (the Buddha point). Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Thimphu.
Day 03| Thimphu to Phobjikha via Punakha (2900m, 168km, 6hrs) over Dochula (pass at 3140m)
Today we will start our sightseeing early with the Giant Buddha Dordenma (statue) and the Painting School, before heading out to Phobjikha valley. Our ride to Phobjikha will cross the Dochu La (pass at 3140m). After lunch at Punakha, we’ll visit the Punakha Dzong (Fortress) and ride to Phobjikha via Bajo town. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Phobjikha.
Day 04| Phobjikha to Bumthang via Trongsa (2600m, 180km, 7hrs) 
After early breakfast, we will leave for Bumthang valley and stop off at Trongsa Dzong (Fortress) and Ta Dzong (Museum) en route. Later in Bumthang, we’ll visit Jakar Dzong (Fortress) and enjoy an evening stroll. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Trongsa
Day 05| Bumthang to Mongar (1600m, 192km, 6-7 hrs) over Sertangla (pass at 3950m) and Trumshingla (pass at 3750m)
 We start the day crossing 2 high passes, with a magnificent National Park between them. Cedar trees, overhanging cliffs and on clear days, a view of Bhutan’s highest peak, Gangkar Puensum, take us to Eastern Bhutan before we descend past and sometimes cross waterfalls and streams until we reach rice terraces and tropical fruits. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Mongar
Day 06| Lhuntse Day Excursion (155 Kms)
Day excursion to Lhuentse, the ancestors of our kings hailed from this province, the villagers of these areas are popularly known for their weavings and the most intricate designs come from Lhuentse. It’s a beautiful drive through many remote villages offering a beautiful landscape. After visiting the Dzong, take s short detour to the village of Khoma, the weaving center where the finest design comes from this village. Later ride back to the hotel. Day 07| Mongar to Tashigang via Rangjung (3773m, 91km, 3-4hrs)
Tashigang Dzong (fortress) will be our first major stop of the day from whence we’ll continue on to Rangjung monastery. At last, we’ll ride back to Tashigang for some free time and a stroll around. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Tashigang
Day 08| Tashigang – Samdrup Jongkhar (219m/180 km/6-7 hrs) 
Samdrup Jongkhar in the southeast of Bhutan is our destination for the day. This town is one of the main gateways to India and borders the Indian state of Assam. Enroute, we’ll immerse ourselves in the beautiful weaves and colors at the Khaling Handloom center. The evening is yours at leisure. Dinner & overnight stay at a hotel in Samdrup Jongkhar
Day 09| Samdrup Jongkhar – Guwahati, India (50m/110km/3hrs)
 After your early breakfast, we will arrange your exit Bhutan & help you reach your nearest airport or train stations for your further destinations
